Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.
​The item/s must be kept in their originally packaging and in the same conditional for re-sale. Whimsy is not responsible for the shipping fees to return an item. A refund will be processed once Whimsy receives the product and the item/s are accessed. The refund amount will be the priced paid for the product, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.


Eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return: you can contact us at flowers@whimsyflorist.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Warehouse 5/40 Patriarch Drive, Huntingfield TAS 7055.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If item is damaged or faulty we will look over the product. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with pictures of the item and the original packaging to show us that it is damaged. Please keep the original packaging and contact us to work out the next step. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Item/s must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange. Please contact us on flowers@whimsyflorist.com.au to apply for an exchange. The returned item must bemust be kept in their originally packaging and in the same conditional for re-sale. Whimsy is not responsible for the shipping fees to return an item.
